We have a Bicycle Storage Room, Free Parking, Washer/Dryer, walking access to all local businesses on Frankfort Ave.

We are pet-friendly at AMP. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $35/month for one pet and $50/month for two pets. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

No, we don't have furnished apartments.

We have a Package Locker Service.

Renters may pay online, via credit/debit or bank account (paperless office). 

Additional monthly fees include Internet Cable - $85, Valet Trash $31, and Water & Sewer - billed based on individual usage.
